About Us:
fsSTRATEGY Inc. is an alliance of senior consultants focusing on business strategy support-research, analysis, design and implementation-for the foodservice industry. Our team has extensive consulting experience in foodservice across Canada. We also offer international experience, having worked in the United States, Australia, South America, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Europe.
Our team is unique in that we provide service to all foodservice sectors (chain and independent restaurants, attractions, hotels and resorts, gaming establishments and institutions) and all levels of the foodservice supply chain (growers, processors, distributors and operators).
fsSTRATEGY Inc. was founded by Bill Dover and Geoff Wilson. Jeff Dover joined as a principal in 2010. Our team includes Andrew Waddington (Senior Consultant) and Travis Traini (Analyst). fsSTRATEGY has a number of associates with a variety of skill sets and expertise that work with us as determined by the client’s needs. In this manner, clients have the benefit of our ability to assemble the right consulting team suited to their needs with minimal overhead.
