While most people try to avoid conflict, Ron Knowles is adept at helping people deal with it effectively. As an expert facilitator and executive coach, Ron specializes in helping groups and individuals overcome conflict, find common ground and achieve a productive and mutually beneficial outcome.
Prior to starting his consulting career in 1982, Ron had already accrued 15 years of hands-on corporate experience in HR and general management. Ron earned his BA in Psychology and his MBA at the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
